Our sandals have an eco-friendly tread made from recycled tires and a proprietary Air8ted Rubber Blend from our sustainable manufacturer in South Africa. A special rubber-reinforcing layer reduces vibration and gives our sandals their strength and durability, but also prevents them from degrading over time.
